SUNDAY IS THE LAST DAY TO ORDER ORGANIC PASTURED TURKEYS BEFORE THANKSGIVING!
All orders for our 2008 Organic Pastured Turkeys raised on Cocofeed must be placed by Sunday November 23rd! All orders must have 2nd day air or overnight delivery selected for delivery by Wednesday November 26th. If ground shipping is selected, they will be shipped Monday November 30th, AFTER Thanksgiving. Please keep in mind that these turkeys are shipped frozen in coolers with dry ice from Minnesota, and although the dry ice is usually used up before the turkey arrives, the turkeys usually arrive completely frozen and may need more than one day to thaw out before cooking. So please plan accordingly. If you are unsure that you can get your turkey thawed in time to cook on Thanksgiving, consider choosing overnight delivery to have it delivered by Tuesday November 25th. ORGANIC COCONUT CREAM CONCENTRATE 16 OZ.: BUY 1 GET 1 FREE ENDS SUNDAY!
Coconut Cream Concentrate is certified organic whole coconut meat in concentrated form. It contains no additives (not even water). The dried coconut meat is ground into a very fine powder, giving it a creamy consistency due to its high fat content. Since it is 70% fat, it is a rich source of pure virgin coconut oil. Note: this is a food, not a cooking oil.
It is an excellent ingredient for cooking and baking. Because of its low moisture content, it can be mixed right in the batter or dough of breads and pastries. It can also enhance soups, be blended with smoothies, or made into ice cream. Many people just eat it straight, or spread it on breads and crackers, because it is so delicious!
Now, until Sunday November 23rd only, you can purchase 1 pint at the retail price and get the second pint FREE! The normal retail price for two pints is $32.00, but now you can purchase 2 pints for only $16.00! Order here: http://www.tropicaltraditions.com/coconut_cream_concentrate.htm?b1120
38% OFF RETAIL FOR 15 lb. PAIL ORGANIC RAW HONEY
Tropical Traditions Organic Raw Honey comes from the frontier areas of Canada, and is only harvested during a 6-week period in the summer. Tropical Traditions is the exclusive source of this premium organic honey in the US.
Most commercial honeys available on the market today come from bee farms, where the bees are controlled within a certain area and get their pollen from usually only one kind of flower. Many of the plants that produce these flowers (clover, orange blossom, etc.) are grown with pesticides and fertilizers as well. In addition, almost all honeys on the market are pasteurized in high heat and filtered, removing many of the beneficial nutrients and enzymes.
Tropical Traditions Organic Raw Honey has not been subjected to the heat of processing, only warmed enough to flow (same temperatures the honey would see inside the hive). We select only premium honey that is pure, smooth and creamy, with the consistency of soft margarine. It contains live yeast and enzymes, because it has not been processed. It also contains pollen because it has not been filtered - merely screened.
Fine textured crystals are characteristic of totally pure, unheated, unprocessed, raw honey. Properly crystallized honey has a fine, smooth texture. Crystallized honey preserves natural goodness and doesn't drip. The more rapidly honey crystallizes the finer the texture will be.
In order for honey to be certified organic, the beehives must be placed in isolated areas miles from the dense population, industry, traffic congestion, and farm fields treated with chemicals and landfills. Second, a bee's flying range is determined by their natural instinct which tells them to stay within their natural four mile range from the hive location. Finding area which can be certified organic is extremely difficult, which is why there are so few certified organic honeys on the market. Tropical Traditions sources its honey from hives in the wild frontier areas of Canada.
These regions are a rich source of wild vegetation that produce some of the finest honey in the world. The USDA and Canadian Organic Certification implies a rigorous set of standards and conditions that must be adhered to by both the producer (beekeeper) and the packager. All aspects of the honey production including the source of the nectar, forage area of the bees, management of the bees, extracting process, transportation, 'lot' management, processing temperature, integrity (no co-mingling with non-organic honey), screening, and, packaging materials, are taken into account in the certification process.
Try some, and we think you'll agree that there is no finer honey in North America! Now, you can purchase a 15 lb. pail of this premium honey for 40% off the retail price! The normal retail price is $160.00, and you can get it for only $99.00 through Sunday November 23rd. Order here: http://www.tropicaltraditions.com/organic_raw_honey.htm?s=b1120

NEW SALE: 2 GALLONS GOLD LABEL VIRGIN COCONUT OIL $100.00
Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil is the same Virgin Coconut Oil that Tropical Traditions has sold for the past 6+ years, and has now been enhanced to the point where we have developed even higher standards for the production of this premium Virgin Coconut Oil. It contains the highest levels of antioxidants. While almost all Virgin Coconut Oils sold in the US are mass-produced, Tropical Traditions still produces their Virgin Coconut Oil by hand in small batches by family micro enterprises. Most of them have been producing Virgin Coconut oil for over 6 years. They have learned what it takes to produce the highest quality oil, such as how to hand pick the best coconuts from each harvest.
Their most recent discovery in 2007 came when certain groups in rural areas had problems with water sources. Water is needed to make the coconut milk from which the oil is extracted. Using true Filipino ingenuity, they started collecting and using the pure nutritious coconut water from inside the organic coconuts instead. They noticed that the water separated from the oil much quicker, that less heat was needed at the end, and that less filtering was needed also. The end result was a higher quality and better tasting Virgin Coconut Oil. Independent laboratory analysis shows that this new method produces even higher levels of antioxidants than first tested in 2006 by Professor Dia, which showed our Virgin Coconut Oil to contain higher amounts of antioxidants than any other Virgin Coconut Oil they had tested. So we now require all of our Virgin Coconut Oil producers to use the pure coconut water from their coconuts instead of boiled or purified tap water. This enhanced Virgin Coconut Oil with the highest levels of antioxidants is now our Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil.
From now until Thursday November 27th, you can purchase two gallons of certified organic Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil from Tropical Traditions for only $100! The suggest retail price for two gallons is $220.00! This is our lowest retail price for single gallons in 2008! Order here: http://www.tropicaltraditions.com/virgin_coconut_oil.htm?s=b119
