WHAT IS Colostrum?
It’s the thick yellow fluid which is produced as a precursor
to mother’s milk (cow, goat, human or other mammal). It is
nature’s transfer of immune factors that occurs the first two days postpartum.

about two hours after lunch.
Maintenance: Take 2 capsules twice daily, on empty stomach.
Athletes: To improve performance and endurance, take 30-45 minutes before
workout. Best results have been reported at about 2850-5700 mgs. per day.
