Organic Balsamic Vinegar

Vinegars are one of the
oldest traditional health foods found throughout the world. Naturally fermented
vinegars, in simplistic terms, basically start out as fresh fruit juices.
They are naturally fermented into an alcohol liquid, where the
fermentation process uses up most of the natural sugars turning them into
alcohol. Further fermentation turns what is an alcoholic liquid into a
more acidic liquid without alcohol - vinegar. Natural vinegars have health
properties by nature of the fact that they are vinegars, but they also
retain the health characteristics of the fruit they were fermented from -
without the sugar.
This artisan
balsamic vinegar is prepared with old world methods in
Italy. No sulfites are added making a naturally pure,
authentic, sourly sweet taste. (Please note, this vinegar is
not sulfite-free since sulfites are naturally present in
grape products.) A special micro filtration process reduces
yeast by 100 percent. Made from Trebbiano and Lambrusco
grape must, this vinegar is produced in Modena Italy by a
family that has been producing balsamic vinegar for hundreds
of years.
