I love baking with 100% coconut flour. My family loves it and anyone I make muffins for love them. I have a friend who has IBS, and the coconut muffins I make are not only tasty she says, but do not bother her. I would highly recommend coconut flour as a perfect replacement to wheat flour as it makes wonderful cakes muffins and cookies. I love this coconut flour! I use this in my smoothies as a protein powder! 1 Scoop of coconut flour, fresh or frozen fruit, raw honey, coconut oil, and raw milk. Yummy! I can go for hours on that! It is also a great substitute when baking...gluten free never tasted so good! Susan - Shelbyville, TN
The coconut flour is so wonderful! It smells heavenly! It can be used for so many things, cooking, baking, smoothies! I can't forget to mention how it helps us physically.
