Organic Spaghetti Sauce is made from the finest organically grown roma tomatoes. The tomatoes are picked when perfectly ripe, washed and hand sorted. The tomatoes are not peeled, because the whole tomato offers the best flavor and all the nourishment that Nature intended. They are cooked and packed within hours of harvest to capture maximum nutrients and full garden fresh flavor. Organic extra virgin olive oil, a touch of organic honey, the finest sea salt and an intuitive blend of organic onion, oregano, black pepper, sweet basil and fennel transform these tomatoes into the most delicious spaghetti sauce.

Spaghetti Sauce is rich in vitamin C and potent antioxidant nutrients like beta carotene (vitamin A) and lycopene. According to resent research cooked tomatoes are the best source of lycopene. They are a good source of dietary fiber and potassium. Also provides calcium, iron, thiamin (B1), riboflavin (B2), phosphorus and magnesium.

Other spaghetti sauces may be made from synthetically ‘fed’, genetically engineered, and force ripened tomatoes that travel hundreds of miles before processing.
