Spicy Black Bean 1.4 oz Packet Ingredients: Organic black beans (organic black beans, salt), sea salt, organic chili peppers, organic onion, organic garlic, organic cayenne, organic black pepper, xanthan gum, organic cumin, organic habanero chili.   Directions: Mix the contents of this packet with 1/2 cup warm water. Heat in microwave for 30 seconds (or add hot water in initial step). Let cool. Add 1/2 cup sour cream. Serve warm or cold.   Organic: QAI Certified Organic

Spicy Guacamole 1 oz Packet Ingredients: Organic nonfat milk, organic onion, sea salt, organic chili peppers, organic garlic, organic cayenne, organic black pepper, organic cilantro, citric acid, organic habanero chili.   Directions: Mix the contents of this packet with 2 medium, peeled, pitted, & mashed avocados. Blend thoroughly. Chill for 10 minutes before serving. You may substitute 2 cups sour cream for avocados to make a spicy Mexican dip.   Organic: QAI Certified Organic

Spicy Peppercorn Ranch 1.4 oz Packet Ingredients: Organic buttermilk, organic black peppercorns (cracked and fine, sea salt, organic onion, organic garlic, organic carrot, organic parsley, xanthan gum, organic celery seed, lactic acid.   Directions: Mix the contents of this packet with 2 cups sour cream.
