We are currently accepting coconut recipes that use coconut
in some shape or form, including: coconut oil, coconut
flour, coconut cream concentrate, dried coconut, etc.
Submissions can include baked
goods, sauces, main dishes, side dishes, etc. These MUST be
recipes that you have already tested and know work! If
Tropical Traditions publishes your recipe in their
Coconut Recipe blog, you will receive
a coupon for 1 FREE quart of Gold Label
Virgin Coconut Oil. If you follow the guidelines below,
your recipe will have a better chance of being accepted.
1. The only sweeteners (if used) we currently accept are:
organic whole sugar, honey,
maple syrup, agave syrup, and
brown rice syrup.
2. We are looking for recipes with as many coconut ingredients as appropriate:
coconut flour,
dried coconut,
Coconut Cream
Concentrate, coconut
oil.
4. Acceptable oils (if used) are: coconut oil, palm oil,
sesame oil, olive oil, and butter.
5. For recipes using coconut flour: while we are looking for recipes using coconut flour
exclusively, we are also looking for recipes where coconut
flour is mixed with other flours.
6. No soy please (organic fermented soy sauce is OK).
Note: Recipes are accepted at the sole discretion of
Tropical Traditions.
Recipes may need
to be edited
before
publishing. Accepted recipes are compensated with a
coupon for 1 free
quart of Gold
Label Virgin Coconut Oil. Complete names of
authors of recipes are not published (first name and city
only.)
